The General Assembly, composed of representatives of all members. Full members only have a right to vote. Each full member has one vote.
The General Assembly has the broadest powers, including the appointment and dismissal of Board members, approval of the budget and accounts on an annual basis and acceptance of new members.
Euro Coop is managed by a Board made up of 7 representatives, chosen among the full members. The number of board members is limited to 75% of the number of full members. They have a two-year mandate.
From its members the Board appoints one President and two Vice Presidents, who must be of different nationalities.
The Board may appoint a Secretary General and determine the terms and conditions of this appointment.
